In multifamily, they delivered City Place with 520 units between 2019 and 2022. Their flagship mixed-use development is Celebration Pointe, covering 1.9 million square feet on a 225-acre parcel that straddles I-75 frontage. For office, they completed 5001 Building (89,300 sq ft) as part of the Celebration Pointe campus. Under principal owner Svein H. Dyrkolbotn, who has managed over 2,000 residential units and secured entitlements for more than 1 million sq ft of commercial space, the company remains relatively lean and agile.
